1. Do I need to enter my credit card details to get a free trial?

No credit card or payment is needed to create a Privyr account. Privyr is 100% free to try – no credit card, commitments, or obligations required. We even have a Free Forever plan that is automatically activated after your free trial is over.

2. Is the Free Forever plan just a free trial?

No, Privyr’s Free Forever plan is not a free trial. You never need to enter your credit card details or pay anything as long as you don’t upgrade to Privyr Pro.

When you first sign up for Privyr, we automatically upgrade you to a free 14-day trial of Privyr Pro, which gives you unlimited access to all our features. When the free trial ends, you will automatically switch back to the Free Forever Plan, and you can continue to use Privyr within the free plan limitations.

If your account is showing the “Free Trial” status right now, that means you still have full access to Privyr’s Pro features. Enjoy!

3. What’s the catch if it’s free?

There is no catch if you simply want to instantly import and access the leads that you’re generating on different platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, WordPress, and more. We do not access, use, or sell your data, and we never ask for your credit card details while you’re on the free plan.

You will always have free and complete access to your leads’ information, plus partial access to other features that will help supercharge your sales process even more (this is where some limitations will apply).

4. What are the limitations of Privyr’s Free Forever Plan?

The Free Forever Plan generally gives you unlimited Instant Lead Alerts, unlimited Lead Source Integrations, and unlimited Lead Recipients (lead sharing). You enjoy access to many Privyr features with some limitation, including:

• Instant Lead Alerts via the Privyr app only; no email alerts.
• Contact or send templated Quick Responses to your 10 most recent leads.
• Save a limited number of Messages, Files, and Pages in Privyr, up to 10 templates each.
• Track views on your Files and Pages for up to 10 of your most recent leads.
• Add up to 3 Team Members to your Privyr account.

In short, you can receive and view the details of unlimited leads, and interact with the 10 most recent ones directly via the Privyr app – all for free. There’s no limit to the number of leads you can contact within a day, as long as you’re contacting them while they’re still fresh.

Rest assured that you won’t lose access to the contact details of the leads you import to Privyr, even if you don’t want to upgrade to Privyr Pro.

5. How can the plan be free when there is a paid plan?

The Privyr team introduced the Free Forever Plan to solve a simple yet persistent problem that most salespeople, marketers, and small businesses face in their sales process. We noticed that they didn’t have an easy way to instantly access the leads they generate on different platforms. In fact, many were still manually exporting each lead from the source to a spreadsheet, then saving them to their phonebook.

We decided to make it easy for everyone to enjoy unlimited Lead Alerts via the Privyr app and instantly access their lead information from their phones. Nevertheless, we understand that being able to quickly access your leads is just the beginning of your sales process; it is not even a sales-generating activity yet.

Hence, we choose to keep the New Lead Alert feature free forever (for the Privyr mobile app only) so that you can focus on converting those leads instead, possibly with the help of Privyr as well. In addition to unlimited Lead Alerts, the Free Forever Plan also gives you partial access to paid features that could help you convert more leads into clients.

Privyr is a full-fledged lead management, engagement, and tracking platform that works with WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS, and phone calls. You can sort your leads into different groups, receive automatic follow-up reminders, send one-touch auto-personalised messages – including trackable PDF Files and Pages – and more. All of this can be done easily from your phone via our mobile app, or on your laptop via our web app.

7. I don’t see an option to subscribe to the Free Forever plan. What should I do?

The Free Forever Plan is activated for all Privyr accounts by default. Once your free trial of Privyr Pro ends, your account is automatically switched to the free plan. You don’t need to manually select any plan or subscription to continue using Privyr (within the free plan limitations).

8. Is my data in Privyr safe and secure?

Yes, all your data and leads on Privyr are private to you only, and you’ll always have full control over them. Privyr never sells, shares, or makes your data accessible to any third parties. Your data is fully encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 via HTTPS) and in the database (256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard).

9. How long does it take to get up and running?

Getting started with Privyr is super quick and easy – it only takes a few minutes to create an account and get fully up and running. You can connect Privyr directly to most Lead Sources in under a minute. Plus, our app works with WhatsApp, SMS, iMessage, email, and phone calls without any further setup or configuration.

10. Do I need to pay more if I have many leads or Lead Sources?

No, you don’t need to pay more even if you have leads and/or Lead Sources. Both our free and paid plans offer unlimited lead access and Lead Source integrations.

If you upgrade to Privyr Pro, the price of your monthly or annual subscription is fixed regardless of the number of leads or Lead Sources you add to your Privyr account.

11. What is your cancellation policy?

If you’ve subscribed to Privyr, you can cancel your subscription at any time without any penalty or fees, directly from the Privyr app or website. Your cancellation will be effective immediately, though you’ll still retain full access to your account through the end of the paid-up period.
