What is a Subscription?

A subscription signifies Solvusoft's dedication to you, our valued customer. It means we are committed to consistently updating, cleaning, and optimizing your system in exchange for an annual fee charged to your bank card, PayPal, or other billing account. Your subscription fee empowers Solvusoft to provide you with the chosen service until you decide to cancel your subscription. If your subscription has already expired, we can assist you in this regard by opening a support case with our staff.

The duration you select for payment is measured in months or years, which can range from one month to one year or more, depending on the Solvusoft service you've subscribed to. When the selected payment period ends, Solvusoft will automatically charge your stored payment details to ensure uninterrupted service.

Terms For Auto-Renewal and Pricing

A fee for the upcoming subscription period will be charged at the current published price at that time. These fees will be deducted from your stored payment details on the date of your Solvusoft subscription's anniversary. Please note that these fees are subject to change. For annual subscriptions, we will notify you 7 days in advance of your subscription anniversary, providing details of the upcoming subscription fee.

Solvusoft products are sold as continuous subscriptions (“Auto-Renewal”), which means we offer uninterrupted support through our software for the duration of your subscription. This ensures that your service remains seamless unless you manually cancel it before the next billing date or if we are unable to charge your stored payment details as scheduled. Our goal is to provide you with uninterrupted service, and this concept of a continuous subscription helps achieve that.

Solvusoft offers a variety of annual subscription services, often providing discounts for the first year to make it easier for you to get started with our industry-leading services. Consequently, your initial payment period may be at a discounted rate compared to subsequent periods. We clearly communicate this price difference when you first subscribe to our service, and we send billing reminders prior to your subscription anniversary.

Subscription Updates, Cancellations, and Refunds

Verifone / 2Checkout exclusively charges your stored payment method and does not have any other means of billing for ongoing service. Therefore, it's your responsibility to initially set up and keep your payment method updated to ensure uninterrupted service throughout your subscription period. You can cancel your subscription through your Verifone / 2Checkout Account, which is linked to the email address you provided during the subscription purchase. While we take our commitment to you seriously, we also rely on your cooperation to enroll, download, install, and regularly update our software. This is crucial as we continuously enhance and expand the service you've subscribed to, aiming to ensure you benefit from our efforts on your behalf.
