K-coins are virtual currency provided by KreadoAI, which can be used for various services offered by KreadoAI. Upon using a service, the system deducts a corresponding amount of K-coins from the user's account. The consumption rules for K-coins vary depending on the service. For instance, generating videos or converting text to speech consumes K-coins based on the duration of the video or text, while generating wigged AI model or real-life AI model consumes K-coins per use.

Different services have different rules for K-coin consumption. The specific rules are as follows:
Premium avatar: 1 second of video consumes 1 K-coin
- Creating a 60-second video consumes 60 K-coins.
- Creating a 90-second video consumes 90 K-coins.
Supreme avatar: 1 second of video consumes 2 K-coins
- Creating a 60-second video consumes 120 K-coins.
- Creating a 90-second video consumes 180 K-coins.
AI Text-to-Speech:
- Converting 60 seconds of text to speech consumes 18 K-coins.
- Converting 90 seconds of text to speech consumes 27 K-coins.
AI Models:
- Successfully generating a wigged AI model consumes 30 K-coins.
- Successfully generating a real-life AI model consumes 20 K-coins.
In cases of creation failure or timeout exceptions, the corresponding deducted K-coins will be refunded, ensuring a worry-free use.

Please note that any K-coins not used in the previous billing cycle will not carry over to the next cycle. The expiration rules for K-coins distributed through different channels are as follows:
1. New User Bonus: 60 K-coins given upon registration are valid for 30 days from the date of registration. Please use these K-coins within this timeframe to avoid forfeiture.
2. Membership Plans: K-coins obtained through KreadoAI membership plans are reset with each billing cycle update and do not accumulate.
3. Individual Purchase: Depending on the number of K-coins purchased, they come with specific expiration times:
- Purchasing 300, 600, 900 K-coins, they expire 30 days after purchase.
- Purchasing 1200, 1500, 3000 K-coins, they expire 60 days after purchase.
- Purchasing 6000, 15000 K-coins, they expire 90 days after purchase.
Please use your K-coins within their valid period to prevent them from expiring and causing unnecessary loss.

If you have used up all your K-coins, there are two ways to acquire more: 1. By renewing your membership or by purchasing K-coins directly. Renewing your membership not only provides you with K-coins but also offers additional membership benefits. You can also participate in our "Earn K-coins" Activity and receive free rewards.
If you choose to purchase K-coins directly, you can do so on the "K-coin recharge" page. Please note that the option to freely purchase K-coins is available only to members.

You can cancel your KreadoAI membership plan subscription at any time. To do so, log in to your account, navigate to the Personal Center, find the "My Subscriptions" section, and click on "Cancel Subscription."
Upon cancellation, your membership benefits and remaining K-coins will remain valid for the current billing cycle, but your account will not be auto-renewed for the next cycle, reverting to a free account status without any K-coins allocation.
Note that the cancellation date differs from the expiration date of the membership; you can find the exact expiration date on the Personal Center page.
If you accidentally or mistakenly cancel your subscription and wish to undo this action, please contact us within 48 hours of cancellation by sending an email to support@kreadoai.com. We will address and resolve your issue within 2-3 business days.

Yes, you can upgrade your KreadoAI membership plan at any time.
If you wish to create longer video content or experience more advanced features, you can upgrade to our paid membership plans. Paid subscriptions offer various benefits, including more digital avatars, extended video durations, commercial usage rights, watermark removal, and priority customer support, among others.
